Out Late: Group Therapy for Adults Who Come Out Later in Life. The coming out process is part of overall identity development and may include challenges in all the “roles” we play in life – family, relationships, spirituality, and work. When someone comes out later in life, the transition often includes unique issues related to leaving heterosexual identity and relationships. This group meets weekly to support developing this new identity in a safe, healthy, accepting environment. It is open to both men and women.
