Every Loss Matters, Grief and Loss Group. Grief is what happens when we experience a loss, and every loss matters. Come to a safe and nurturing environment where you can learn you are not alone in your loss. Join us as we explore the feelings and experiences common in grief. College Students meet from 2:00 - 3:30 pm; $40 per session. Adults meet from 5:00 - 6:30 pm; $55 per session; $50 per session if paid in full upfront.

Grief to Relief proudly offers The Grief Recovery Method® Outreach Program. Grief recovery is a skill set that anyone can learn. People say to let go and move on but they don’t tell you how. Certified Grief Recovery Specialist & Life Coach Anne Keeton ensures each participant learns and executes the necessary steps to move beyond their loss. Both experiential and action based, Grief Recovery is not limited to death. This program is for anyone suffering as a result of a significant life change such as divorce, pet loss, job loss, loss of health and/or wealth, moving, miscarriage or infertility issues, loss of faith/trust/safety, etc. Class runs for ten consecutive Tuesdays from 7-9pm and costs $295. The Grief Recovery Handbook is required.

Pet Bereavement Groups

Paws, Whiskers & Wags Pet Loss Support Group meets the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. There is no charge to attend, and the group is open to the public (adults only). Participants are encouraged to bring photos of their beloved companion animals and share their stories of loss within a supportive group. This group is facilitated by Christy R. Simpson, MSW, LCSW, who is a licensed mental health professional and is also certified by the APLB as a trained Pet Loss Counselor.
