The challenges and life stresses in today’s world seem to be more and more demanding. An individual may have to face separation and divorce, job loss, relationship strife, depression, loneliness, interpersonal difficulty, family strife, anxiety, or just plain old unhappiness. These struggles are often shared by others, but rarely are there opportunities to discuss them with friends or family in ways that become productive. This process-oriented psychotherapy group will offer participants a therapeutic opportunity to process these concerns in ways that can provide corrective experience in a safe, nurturing, and confidential environment.

Take it to the Next Level: An Interpersonal Process Group. This interpersonal process and growth group will allow participants to explore themselves and what it means to create healthy relationships. In a safe, supportive environment, group members will learn more about their own patterns of connecting, communicating, and self-expression, while supporting other group members to do the same. Practice speaking your mind, asserting yourself, and opening up to feedback from others. This group is an excellent opportunity to cultivate skills that will enhance all of your daily encounters and personal relationships, as well as increasing insight.
