Seeking FULLY Licensed Therapist in Alpharetta

Private practice in Alpharetta seeking a 1099 contractor that is a fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Therapist must have experience working with children, adolescents and families. Our practice is considered a specialty practice because we offer play therapy as our primary modality for our younger clients. Our ideal candidate would have play therapy training/knowledge and be flexible to work as a team and independently within the office.

Contractor would be able to create their own flexible schedule working a part time or full time caseload. It would be necessary to have some afternoon/evening hours since we serve young clients. We will assist you in getting credentialed on insurance panels - if you are already on some panels it is a plus. Therapy offices and playrooms are fully furnished. Pay is a percentage split based on level of experience.

We receive referrals from providers in the community as well insurance panels. Referrals are given to contractors as inquiries are received.

Seeking FULLY Licensed Therapist in Norcross

Looking for a fully Licensed Therapist to lead a team and service clients in various counties via Telemental Health. This position is for Community Based Services.

Job Duties

• Serve as the Team Leader on the Intensive In- Home Services team, but via Telemental Services.
• Provide Family and Individual Therapy based on cognitive behavioral, problem solving and solution focused oriented model that encourages the development of linkages between community resources.
• Provide crisis response and intervention to clients and their families.
• Provide parenting skills training and help the family build skills to increase their ability to deal with the youth’s mental health diagnosis;
• Defuse the current crisis, evaluate its nature, and intervene to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence.

Job Requirements

-Must be fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
-All in Office
-At least 1 years of experience within the behavioral health field.
-Can be part-time or equal to full-time (work as many hours as you like).

Full(20-25) and part-time(12-15) caseloads available. Outreach therapy is expected. Must be flexible to work days and evenings. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Chemical Dependency or Counseling and candidate should have LAPC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT or PsyD status in the state of Georgia. Community Support Professionals/Case Managers- This is a contract position, which involves working with children, youth and adults providing skill building as well as coordination and linkage to outside supports such as the school, medical, and psychiatric supports, etc. Note: When working with children, you are expected to be able to see children in the late afternoon daily and sometimes into the early evening; beyond that you set your own schedule.
