Peer Supervision Groups

Have you had client issues you wanted to talk about, have help with, or gather different perspectives to gain insight and/or direction? Have you wanted to take part in supervision groups but couldn’t afford it? Peer supervision may be the answer. We meet the first Friday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Mercer University, and there is no cost to attend. Please call Jody Housker, Ph.D. for more information or directions.

This group is for clinicians wanting to incorporate Mindfulness into their practices with children, couples and families. I am a Licensed Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist in practice for over 20 years. I have a personal mindfulness practice and am on the faculty of the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute. My plan is for the group to spend time meditating, sharing cases and exploring creative uses of mindfulness with children and adults. My office in Marietta will hold up to 8 people, and the charge would be $75 for a two-hour session. Please call or e-mail to express an interest and to get further information.
